heard that some are stolen cars or bad condition cars.
How can I find good car?
You can always give us question about car condition in
English. We translate it and ask the seller as your agent.
We have an lisence of used car by Japan Osaka Public Safety
Comission and we are obliged to check the seller. We will
check the seller by his or her Driver's License or Resident
Card. If you feel difficulty to bid by yourself, you can use
our Yahoo!auction Agent Service. We can bid for your agent.

I import a used car from Japan into my country as a private
car buyer?
Yes, you can. But all import rules, regulations, procedures,
taxes are very from country to country. You need to check
them in your country before you begin the purchasing process.
We can not offer any advice on the method you import your
car from us. |

Do
you give any warranty for the vehicles?
No, we don't. But you can always give us question about
car condition in English.(damage, repaired or not, distance
the car has been driven etc)You shall purchase vehicles at
his or her own risk. |

you inspect or repair vehicles?
No, we don't basically. But you have request to inspect
or repair the car, as far as seller is car dealer, we can
ask him or her to do it at your expense. |

to make payment?
We accept via bank ware transfer(T/T) only. Please note that
all bank transfer charges should be paid by yourself. But
You can exceptinally pay our Yahoo!auction agent service fee
and its deposit by PayPal. |

No, we don't. Currently,we accept payment only by T/T. |

deal with foreign currencies?
No, we don't. Currently we accept payment by Japanese
Yen. If you want to pay in USD or EUR etc, please ask us before

No, we don't. Your car will be shipped after your payment
is confirmed by our bank. |

do I need to male all payment
You are required to pay the full amount of the price written
in the Profoma invoice within 5 working days from the Profoma

much is shipping charge?

]. You can get rough freight rate from Japanese port to your
country. Actually, freight rate is changed by economic situation

long it will take to reach a vehicle?
It may take 3 to 5 weeks after car leaves Japanese port
depending on the destination. We have tie-up with different
shipping company for different destination ports. We will
use best shipping company for your destination port. |

insure my shipment?
Yes, we can get marine insurance for you at your expense.
Marine insurance coverage is limited to the risk of total
loss, disasters or acts of Gods and damages clearly imputable
to negligence of the carrier. |

will I know when my vehicle will sail?
When your car has been booked for shipment, shipping advice
will be sent to you via E-mail. |

04. Insurance Policy (if trade term is CIF)
